Here at Red Cat Adventures and Wildcat Mackay, we play our part in sustainable tourism and one of the things we do is donate our collection of recycled cans & bottles from our trips to @4ChangeQLD and donate the proceedings to local community and organisation groups!

One group we proudly support is the Mackay & District Turtle Watch group – a volunteer group who undertake sea turtle research and conservation, along with caring for sick and injured turtles. These guys do an amazing job and can’t thank them enough for dedicating their own time and efforts to such a great cause! 👏

Since we commenced operations of Wildcat Mackay in December last year, we have donated in excess of $800 to the group! The photo you see here is of David Bowen, Secretary of the Mackay & District Turtle Watch Group with our latest donation to the group!
